Do I need to provide a water supply?
Absolutely not. Our mobile valeting vans arrive fully equipped with their own water tanks, allowing us to complete the service outside your home or at your workplace.
Can you come to my workplace? Which areas do you cover?
Yes. We provide professional mobile vehicle cleaning across Leicestershire and Warwickshire, including Hinckley, Leicester, Coventry, Nuneaton, Rugby and surrounding areas. Workplace service is subject to safe access and permission to work in the car park.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Light rain is generally not a problem for professional exterior washing and polishing. If heavy rain, storms or frost could affect service quality or safety, we will contact you and reschedule for a suitable date at no extra cost.
Do I need to pay a deposit or pay upfront?
No upfront payment or deposit is currently requested before the job starts. Payment is made once the agreed work is complete. Any booking-specific terms shown in the online booking system should also be reviewed before confirming.
Will the products damage my paintwork?
We use acid-free, pH-neutral premium shampoos and trusted Autoglym products rather than ordinary abrasive chemicals. The process is selected to be safe for the vehicle's intended surfaces when used as directed.
How long does it take?
Duration depends on the service and vehicle type. Exterior cleans normally take around 25–30 minutes. A comprehensive Full Valet generally takes around 1.5–2 hours. Current durations are displayed in the booking system.
Can you remove pet hair, stains and odours?
The Full Valet is the best starting point. Specialist shampooing and wet-vac extraction can address many common stains and odours. Results depend on the material, cause, severity and how long the contamination has been present.
What type of vehicle can you clean?
We care for standard and large cars, SUVs, MPVs, 4x4s, commercial vans, caravans and motorhomes. Select the correct vehicle size during booking so enough time can be allocated.
